Ulrich T. Grabowski will leave the Executive<br\/>Board as of February 28, 2023 and is to be appointed to the company\u2019s Supervisory Board<br\/>at the next Annual General Meeting. Grabowski, who played a key role in successfully<br\/>establishing EAMD and initiating the IPO, will continue to support the company on the<br\/>Supervisory Board.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The Supervisory Board of EAMD has appointed Elio Speck as a new member of the<br\/>Executive Board with a focus on technological innovation (Chief Technology Officer\/CTO).<br\/>His primary responsibilities include research &amp; development, evaluating new and growing<br\/>technologies, and equipping existing land, sea and air platforms with the latest<br\/>reconnaissance technologies so that clients can always be reliably offered system solutions<br\/>tailored to their individual needs.
