Berlin, June 30, 2025. EAMD European AeroMarine Drones AG (WKN: 661195 / ISIN: DE0006611957) (“EAMD”) intends to acquire a majority stake in HORTEN Aircraft GmbH by March 31, 2026. For the acquisition of 51% of the shares in HORTEN Aircraft GmbH from the Lindig Group, EAMD will propose a capital increase in kind to its shareholders.
HORTEN
HORTEN Aircraft GmbH – a company of the LINDIG Group – is entirely dedicated to aircraft without a classic fuselage and tail unit – the so-called flying wings. Based on decades of experience and numerous predecessor models, HORTEN Aircraft introduced the two-seater demonstrator HORTEN HX-2 in 2019. The presentation at the AERO Friedrichshafen trade fair and especially the flight there attracted international attention. HORTEN Aircraft is currently preparing the series development of a flying wing aircraft for general aviation.
