RS Eagle AG is a manufacturer and distributor of advanced aircraft systems that combine traditional aviation with unmanned platforms. At its core is the EAMD Explorer, a reconnaissance aircraft that can be operated either manned or unmanned, achieving ranges of up to 3,000 kilometers. The portfolio is complemented by the EAMD Whisper, which is designed for low-noise operation and is particularly suitable for covert reconnaissance missions. EAMD holds a 51% stake in the company.

Horten is renowned for its flying-wing technology, combining efficiency, range, and a low radar signature. With its Liftair Justwing series, the company offers platforms for transport and reconnaissance missions, while the integration of Winglift technology adds enhanced cargo capabilities. Horten stands for innovation, sustainability, and alternative propulsion concepts such as hydrogen. There is a purchase option for a 51% stake in Horten.

ISR Intelligence develops the Falcon drone family. These modular platforms are designed for ISR and ISTAR missions and can be flexibly equipped with sensors, data links, and effectors. With long range and high adaptability, the Falcon provides solutions for border surveillance, disaster relief, and tactical reconnaissance. For ISR Intelligence LLC, there is a distribution agreement as well as a purchase option for a 51% stake.

ArmAeroSystems is the manufacturer of the lightweight delta-wing drone Peron 15. The company combines advanced composite materials with an aerodynamically optimized structure, creating a UAV that unites agility, stability, and efficiency. The Peron 15 is designed for both civil and tactical missions and has already proven itself in international operations.
